Foundation for Student Success is a IRS certified 501c(3) created in 2020 by Ramnath Cidambi and Swaminathan Subramaniam to increase career readiness of High School students.

2020 presented unique challenges to students especially those about to graduate high school, and ready to step foot into post secondary opportunities - in some cases education and in others the workforce.

We feel it is imperative that the process to make students career ready start at High School, and intentional curriculum based opportunities be provided to students.
